I started Swedish Wallpaper Installation in 2021 after 15 years in the trade to support homeowners, designers, and contractors with full service installations from start to finish. I am passionate about transforming interiors into a stylish and personalized space that clients consider their favorite place.
How we approach installation
Precision & Alignment
Guaranteed tight, straight, and nearly invisible seams. All patterns will line up perfectly across panels and the will be no drifting, warping, or mismatched repeats when the project is complete.
A Smooth & Flawless Finish
Your wallpaper will have clean adhesion across the entire surface and proper smoothing so the wallpaper looks like part of the wall—not applied on top of it. We promise a finish without bubbles, wrinkles, creases, or lifting edges.
Clean Edges & Cuts
During installation we guarantee sharp, exact trimming at ceilings, baseboards, corners, outlets, and fixtures. The install will have consistent margins around architectural features. The final product will be precise and will not have ragged edges or overcuts.
Proper Surface Preparation
Tommy ensures the wall is cleaned, patched, sanded, and primed as needed before installation. Imperfections such as holes, cracks, or uneven texture are corrected so they don’t show through the wallpaper when installed.
Correct Material Handling
We use the right adhesive and method based on the type of material. All calculations account for expansion/shrinkage of wallpaper material and quoted estimates aligns the layout to minimize waste and avoid awkward pattern breaks.
Thoughtful Layout Planning
Each project centers key patterns on focal points (example: behind a bed or sofa). This thoughtfully avoids narrow slivers of wallpaper at edges. Tommy plans seam placement for the least visibility.
Durability & Longevity
Your seams will stay down over time without peeling at corners or edges. Proper installation techniques ensures the seams hold up to humidity, light, and wear.
Clean Worksite & Professional Finish
Floors, trim, and furniture are protected during install. The job site is left clean and ready to live in immediately.
